Rule 1.115 - MANNER OF APPEALING

A decision of the State Board for Property or Casualty Rates (36 O.S. § 107) rendered in the exercise of that board's regulatory powers may be appealed in compliance with the provisions of 36 O.S. § 937, and the rules in Part IV(a) and IV(d).
