Rule 1.89 - ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE MAY BE ORDERED AND PREPARATION OF RECORD

In appeals from the Corporation Commission this Court may direct, on its own motion or on motion of any party, that additional evidence be taken by the tribunal whenever this should appear necessary judicially to determine the rights of the parties under the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma. Art. IX, Sec. 22, Okl.Const.; 17 O.S. § 7.
