Section 941.03 - Administrative rules(A) The director of agriculture, under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, may adopt and enforce rules to carry out this chapter, including designating a disease or vector as a dangerously contagious or infectious disease or as a disease of concern.(B) No person shall fail to comply with the rules adopted by the director under division (A) of this section.Amended by 131st General Assembly, HB 131,§1, eff. 3/23/2016.Effective Date: 06-20-1994
