Section 907.41 - Coloration of seed or grain definitionsAs used in sections 907.41 to 907.47, inclusive, of the Revised Code:
(A) "Grain" means whole seeds or entire grains or any altered form thereof of wheat, corn, oats, rye, barley, and sorghum or any other large seeded cereal, field peas, field beans, soybeans, or any other large seeded legume.(B) "Treat" means to apply a substance designed to control or repel plant disease organisms, insects, or other pests of such grain or the seedlings thereof.(C) "Seed treatment material" means a substance used to control or repel plant disease organisms, insects, or other pests of such grain or the seedlings thereof, provided however that the term does not include substances to the extent that they are used to control pests of stored grain.(D) "Person" includes any individual, partnership, corporation, company, society, association, receiver, trustee, or any agent thereof engaged in the handling of agricultural or vegetable seeds, or seed treatment material.(E) "Sell" includes transfer of ownership or custody, or the receiving of, accepting, or holding on consignment for sale.
