Section 5149.18 - Interstate compact for supervision of parolees and probationers definitionsFor the purposes of Chapter 5149. of the Revised Code, all of the following apply:
(A) "State, states, or States" means one or several of the fifty states of the United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia.(B) The term "parole" includes post-release control under section 2967.28 of the Revised Code.(C) The term "probation" includes non-prison sanctions imposed under sections 2929.16, 2929.17, and 2929.18 of the Revised Code and community control sanctions imposed under sections 2929.26, 2929.27, and 2929.28 of the Revised Code.Effective Date: 1/1/2004.
