Section 4758.70 - No authorization to practice psychology or professional counseling or social workExcept to the extent of providing services authorized by this chapter, this chapter does not authorize any individual to engage in either of the following:
(A) The practice of psychology as defined in section 4732.01 of the Revised Code;(B) The practice of professional counseling, practice of social work, or practice of marriage and family therapy, as those terms are defined in section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.Amended by 129th General Assembly, HB 284, §1, eff. 3/22/2013.Effective Date: 12-23-2002 .
