Not later than sixty days after the "Interstate Massage Compact (IMpact)" is entered into under section 4731.156 of the Revised Code, the state medical board, in accordance with Article8of the compact, shall select one individual to serve as a delegate to the interstate massage compact commission created under the compact. The board shall fill a vacancy in this position not later than sixty days after the vacancy occurs.
