Section 4703.99 - Penalty(A) Whoever violates division (A) of section 4703.18 or section 4703.411 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.(B) Whoever violates section 4703.32 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.Amended by 130th General Assembly, SB 68,§1, eff. 12/19/2013.Effective Date: 07-17-1978 .
