Section 3729.11 - Enforcement of violations(A) No person shall violate this chapter or rules adopted under it.(B) The prosecuting attorney of a county, a city director of law, or the attorney general, upon complaint of the licensor or the director of health, shall prosecute to termination or bring an action for injunction against any person violating this chapter or rules adopted under it.Effective Date: 10/13/2004.
