Section 3323.20 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Electronic report of preschool children receiving paid services

Annually on the first day of July , the department of educationand workforce, in consultation with the department of children and youth, shall electronically report to the general assembly the number of preschool children with disabilities who received services for which the department of education made a payment to any provider during the previous fiscal year, disaggregated according to each area of developmental deficiency identified by the department of education for the evaluation of such children.
