Section 2151.907 - Confidentiality of records checkThe report of any criminal records check conducted pursuant to a request made under section 2151.904 of the Revised Code is not a public record for the purposes of section 149.43 of the Revised Code and shall not be made available to any person other than the following:
(A) The person who is the subject of the criminal records check or the person's representative;(B) The administrative director of the qualified organization or the director's representative;(C) Any court, hearing officer, or other necessary individual involved in a case regarding a qualified organization's decision not to authorize hosting with the host family to which either of the following apply: (1) The host family was subject to the criminal records check.(2) The host family resided with the person subject to the criminal records check.Added by 133rd General Assembly, HB 166,§101.01, eff. 10/17/2019.
