Section 2151.4228 - [Effective 1/1/2025] Model memorandum of understanding(A) The department of children and youth shall create a model memorandum of understanding to provide guidance to public children services agencies and other concerned officials in creating a memorandum of understanding in compliance with sections 2151.4220 to 2151.4226 of the Revised Code.(B) The model memorandum of understanding shall be updated as the department determines is necessary.Amended by 135th General Assembly, HB 33,§130.12, eff. 1/1/2025.Added by 134th General Assembly File No. TBD, HB 4,§1, eff. 5/30/2022.This section is set out more than once due to postponed, multiple, or conflicting amendments.
