Section 141.10 - Expenses of judges of court of appeals holding court outside county of residence - compensation of assigned judges(A) In addition to the annual salary and expenses provided for in sections 141.04 and 2501.15 of the Revised Code, each judge of a court of appeals who holds court in a county in which the judge does not reside shall receive the judge's actual and necessary expenses incurred while so holding court. Those expenses shall be paid by the treasurer of state upon the warrant of the director of budget and management.(B) In addition to the annual salary and expenses provided for in sections 141.04 and 2501.15 of the Revised Code, each judge of a court of appeals who is assigned by the chief justice of the supreme court to aid in disposing of business of a district other than that in which the judge is elected or appointed, shall receive fifty dollars per day for each day of the assignment. The per diem compensation shall be paid from the treasury of the county to which the judge is so assigned upon the warrant of the auditor of that county.Effective Date: 6/13/1990; 12/1/2006.
