Section 123.06 - Office space for veterans organizations, auxiliary organizations and veterans' home agency(A) The department of administrative services shall assign and make available, at state expense, suitable office space in state-owned facilities to accommodate the office operations of the state headquarters of both of the following: (1) All veterans organizations in this state that either are incorporated and issued a charter by the congress of the United States or are recognized by the United States department of veterans affairs;(2) The auxiliary organizations of veterans organizations described in division (A)(1) of this section.(B) The department may situate office space for each auxiliary organization of a veterans organization with or near the office space of that veterans organization.Renumbered from § 123.024 by 129th General Assembly, HB 487, §101.01, eff. 9/10/2012.Amended by 128th General Assembly, HB 449, §1, eff. 9/17/2010.Effective Date: 03-14-2003 .
