Section 121.61 - Prohibited acts(A) No person shall knowingly fail to register as required under section 121.62 of the Revised Code.(B) No person shall knowingly fail to keep a receipt or maintain a record that section 121.63 of the Revised Code requires the person to keep or maintain.(C) No person shall knowingly fail to file a statement that section 121.63 or 121.64 of the Revised Code requires the person to file.(D) No person shall knowingly file a false statement that section 121.63 or 121.64 of the Revised Code requires the person to file.Effective Date: 5/12/1994.
