Section 6-03-27 - List of shareholders to be kept and filed1. The president of every banking institution formed pursuant to the provisions of this title, at all times, shall keep a true and correct list of the names and post-office addresses of all shareholders of such banking institution, with the amount of stock held by each, the date of transfer, and to whom transferred, which list shall be verified on the thirty-first day of December of each year. A copy of the verified list shall be filed in the office of the commissioner on the same date.2.
