Section 54-03-01.14 - Legislative districtsEach legislative district is entitled to one senator and two representatives. Districts 4 and 9 are divided into subdistricts, and one representative must be elected from each subdistrict. A representative elected from a subdistrict must be, on the day of election, a qualified elector in the subdistrict from which the representative was chosen. The legislative districts of the state are formed as follows:
1.
