Section 50-24.8-03 - Limitation of actions1. A civil action filed under this chapter must be brought by the later of: a. Six years after the date on which the violation was committed; orb. Three years after the date facts material to the right of action are known or reasonably should have been known by the official of the state charged with responsibility to act in the circumstances.2.
