Section 50-12-10 - Revocation of license - GroundsThe department of health and human services may revoke the license of any child-placing agency upon a proper showing of any of the following:
1. The licensee has violated any requirements under this chapter.2. The license was issued upon fraudulent or untrue representations.3. The licensee has violated any of the rules and regulations of the department.4. The licensee has been guilty of an offense determined by the department to have a direct bearing upon a person's ability to serve the public as a licensee, or the department determines, following conviction of any offense, the person is not sufficiently rehabilitated under section 12.1-33-02.1.Amended by S.L. 2021 , ch. 352( HB 1247 ), § 436, eff. 9/1/2022.
