N.D. Cent. Code § 43-57-01

Section 43-57-01 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. "Board" means the state board of integrative health care.

2. "Licensee" means an individual licensed by the board under this chapter and under chapter 43-59, 43-61, or 43-64.
