Section 43-19.1-16.1 - [Repealed Effective 7/1/2028] Qualifications of land surveyor interns1. Before July 1, 2028, an applicant for certification as a land surveyor intern may qualify for certification by meeting the requirements of this section or section 43-19.1-16.2. After June 30, 2028, a qualified applicant for certification as a land surveyor intern must meet the requirements of section 43-19.1-16.2.2. An applicant for certification as a land surveyor intern who has at least four years of qualifying land surveying experience of a character satisfactory to the board, of which a formal education in an accredited engineering or land surveying curriculum may constitute a part, may receive from the board, upon passing a written examination on the fundamentals of mathematics and the basic principles of land surveying, a certificate stating the applicant has passed the examination and been recorded as a land surveyor intern.Repealed by S.L. 2019 , ch. 358( HB 1387 ), § 4, eff. 7/1/2028.Amended by S.L. 2019 , ch. 358( HB 1387 ), § 2, eff. 8/1/2019.
