Section 43-11-21 - Cosmetologist, esthetician, manicurist license - Examination required - Application - Examination - FeesEach individual who desires to secure a cosmetologist, esthetician, or manicurist license shall file with the board a written application under oath on a form supplied by the board. The application must be accompanied by all of the following:
1. An examination fee as may be fixed by the board pursuant to section 43-11-28.2. Satisfactory proof that the applicant has completed the required training in a school of cosmetology.3.
