Section 4.1-47-30 - Preventing the dissemination of noxious weeds - Penalty1.a. A person may not willfully transport any material that contains noxious weed seeds or propagating parts, on a public road, in a manner that allows for the dissemination of noxious weeds.b. A person may not willfully drive or transport any equipment, on a public road, in a manner that allows for the dissemination of noxious weeds.c. A person may not willfully dispose of any material that contains noxious weed seeds or propagating parts in a manner that allows for the dissemination of noxious weeds.2. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a class B misdemeanor.
