Section 4.1-27-22 - Penalties - Criminal - Civil1. Any auction market or person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a class A misdemeanor.2. Any auction market or person who willfully violates any provision of this chapter is subject to a civil penalty not to exceed five thousand dollars for each violation.
