Section 4.1-18.1-06 - Confiscation and disposal1. Any hemp found to be in violation of this chapter is subject to confiscation and disposal by the commissioner.2. Any disposal-related costs will be the responsibility of the producer, owner, or person responsible for the hemp.3.
