Section 39-29.2-06 - Manufacturer's or distributor's certification1. The manufacturer or distributor shall certify that an unconventional vehicle is designed and manufactured for use upon public highways and complies with the rules adopted under this chapter. An individual who manufactures an unconventional vehicle for personal use does not have to meet the certification requirements of this section, but shall comply with the rules adopted under this chapter.2.
