Section 26.1-53.1-15 - Bundled products1. If a discount plan is bundled with other products, the bundled product must clearly identify the discount plan component separately from each other component.2. A discount plan organization that is a health insurer licensed pursuant to title 26.1 which provides a discount plan product that is incidental to the insured product is not subject to this section.3.
