Section 26.1-18.1-10 - Grievance procedures1. Every health maintenance organization shall establish and maintain a grievance procedure which has been approved by the commissioner to provide procedures for the resolution of grievances initiated by enrollees. The health maintenance organization shall maintain records regarding grievances received since the date of its last examination of the grievances.2. The commissioner may examine the grievance procedures.
