In applying chapter 10-33 to a nonprofit limited liability company and unless the context otherwise requires, all references in chapter 10-33 to: a. "Board" refers to the board of governors.b. "Corporation" refers to a nonprofit limited liability company.c. "Director" refers to a governor.d. "Foreign corporation" refers to a foreign nonprofit limited liability company.e. "Officer" refers to a manager.3.
