Section 10-32.1-74 - Foreign limited liability company - Admission of foreign limited liability company - Transacting business - Obtaining licenses and permitsA foreign limited liability company may not:
1. Transact business in this state or obtain any license or permit required by this state until it has procured a certificate of authority from the secretary of state.2. Transact in this state any business that is prohibited to a domestic limited liability company organized under this chapter.3.
