Section 74-6A-7 - Loan program; administrationA. The division shall establish a program to provide financial assistance to qualified borrowers, individually or jointly, for eligible projects. The division as agent of the commission is authorized to enter into contracts and other agreements to carry out the provisions of the Wastewater Facility Construction Loan Act, including contracts and agreements with federal agencies, local authorities and other parties.B.
