Section 66-7-358 - Restriction on use of video screens in motor vehiclesA. It is unlawful to operate in this state any motor vehicle equipped with a video screen upon which images may be projected or shown if the screen is within the normal view of the driver of the motor vehicle unless the video screen is used solely as an aid to the driver in the operation of the vehicle.B. A person who violates the provisions of this section is guilty of a penalty assessment misdemeanor.C.
