Section 66-3-407.1 - Special registration plates

Any person who is entitled to a special registration plate, as provided for in Sections66-3-405 through 66-3-407 NMSA 1978, and subsequently fails to qualify for such a special registration plate shall remove the special registration plate no later than January 1 of the year following the year in which the person failed to qualify for the special registration plate.
