Section 61-12B-15 - [Repealed effective 7/1/2028] EnforcementA. A person who violates a provision of the Respiratory Care Act is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be sentenced in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.B.
