Section 59A-23G-4 - Benefits; minimum standardsA. The superintendent shall adopt and promulgate rules to establish minimum standards for benefits provided by short-term plans and excepted benefits plans that are subject to the Short-Term Health Plan and Excepted Benefit Act.B.
