Section 13-1-137 - Sale, acquisition or use of property by a state agency or a local public bodyAny state agency or local public body may sell property to, acquire property from or cooperatively use any items of tangible personal property or services belonging to another state agency or a local public body or external procurement unit:
A. in accordance with an agreement entered into with the approval of the state board of finance or the data processing and data communications planning council [information technology commission systems council]; orB. subject to the provisions of Sections 3-46-1 through 3-46-45; 3-54-1 through 3-54-3; 3-60-1 through 3-60-37 and 3-60A-1 through 3-60A-48 NMSA 1978.Laws 1984, ch. 65, § 110.
