Section 12-10A-12 - Medical examination and testingA. During a state of public health emergency, medical examinations or tests may be performed by a qualified person authorized by the secretary of health to provide medical examinations or tests. B. The secretary of health may isolate or quarantine a person whose refusal of medical examination or testing results in uncertainty regarding whether the person has been exposed to or is infected with a threatening communicable disease or otherwise reasonably poses a danger to public health.
