Section 58:4A-17 - Expiration of license

Every license issued under the authority of P.L. 1947, c.377 (C.58:4A-5 et seq.), unless sooner revoked, shall expire on the thirtieth day of June three years following the date of issuance of such license, except that any license issued prior to the effective date of P.L. 1995, c.312 (C.58:4A-4.2a et al.) shall expire on the thirtieth day of June next following the date of issuance of such license.
