Section 58:16A-102 - "Emergency supplies" defined, regional directory databasea. As used in this section "emergency supplies" means, but is not limited to: equipment such as vehicles, including boats; materials for road closures such as road signs, flares, cones and lights; personal protective gear; emergency food rations; and first aid materials.b. The Office of Emergency Management shall maintain a regional directory database containing a listing of public and private entities that provide emergency supplies and which identifies emergency supplies and other resources these entities can make available during an emergency.Added by L. 2009, c. 137,s. 1, eff. 10/19/2009.
