Section 58:10-23.19 - Plan for cleanup and removal by municipality; submission to and disposition by departmenta. The governing body of any municipality which intends to remove or clean up a hazardous discharge site included on the master list shall submit to the department a plan for the cleanup and removal, which shall include a written estimate of the cost of the cleanup or removal.b.
