Section 52:9E-10 - Rules, regulations pertinent to spinal cord research

The commission shall adopt such regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this act.
