Section 52:27G-43 - Rules, regulations, Rules of Court

a. The Commissioner of Human Services, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), may adopt rules and regulations necessary for the implementation of this act.

b. The Supreme Court may adopt Rules of Court for the implementation of this act.
