Any person licensed to engage in the fire alarm business pursuant to P.L. 1997, c. 305(C.45:5A-23 et seq.) whose license is not in good standing with the Board of Examiners of Electrical Contractors shall not be eligible for a certificate of certification to engage in the fire protection contractor business under the provisions of this act.
