Section 52:14-14.2 - Badge which may be mistaken for law enforcement badge not to be issued to elected State official

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, a law enforcement badge or a badge that may be mistaken as a law enforcement badge shall not be issued to any State elected official.
