Section 5:5-185 - Rules, regulations

The commission shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), to effectuate the purposes of this act, P.L. 2011, c. 15(C.5:5-168 et al.).
