Section 5:5-136 - Limit on number of facilitiesa. The total number of off-track wagering facilities licensed in this State pursuant to this act shall not exceed 15.b. The commission shall issue no more than eight off-track wagering licenses within the first two years of the effective date of this act. L. 2001, c. 199, s. 10, eff. 1/26/2002.
