Section 48:13A-7.33 - Rules, regulations by department for regulatory reform

Within 180 days of the effective date of P.L. 2003, c. 169(C.48:13A-7.24 et al.), the department shall adopt, pursuant to the "Administrative Procedure Act," P.L. 1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate the provisions of this act and to implement the regulatory reforms enacted herein.
