Section 45:9-19.2 - Privileges not assertable

No privilege may be asserted pursuant to P.L. 1968, c. 185 (C. 2A:84A-22.1 et seq.), against any person providing information to the State Board of Medical Examiners in accordance with section 1 of this act.
