Section 45:16A-32 - License required to use title, designation

A person shall not work as a master hearth specialist or use the title or designation of "licensed master hearth specialist" or "master hearth specialist" unless issued a license pursuant to the provisions of P.L. 2019, c. 260(C.45:16A-29 et al.).
