Section 45:11-78 - Supersedure of municipal ordinance, regulation

This act shall supersede any municipal ordinance or regulation that provides for the licensing, certification or registration of massage and bodywork therapists.

N.J.S. § 45:11-78

Added by L. 2007, c. 337,s. 23, eff. when the New Jersey Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy shall adopt rules regulating the practice of massage and bodywork therapies.
